COURSE OUTLINE

Iridology is a quick, accurate, non-invasive, and painless way of analyzing health through the examination of the colored part of the eye, known as the iris. This course is designed to gain knowledge in the analysis of the iris, sclera, pupil and the constitution of the iris. In each class, students will do practical exercises by analysing problematic areas reflected in the eyes. This course will also discuss in detail the various systems of the body and how to detect weaknesses in the body through analysis of the eye. You will learn what questions to ask in client assesment to most effectively link the symptoms and weaknesses in the body. You will discover how simple, iridology is.

  • Lesson 1 - History of Iridology

  • Lesson 2 - Lesions, Iris, Pupil, Colour, Sclera.

  • Lesson 3 - Eliminative& Digestive Systems.

  • Lesson 4 - Brain/Nervous System & Hematogenic Eye.

  • Quiz

  • Lesson 5 - Endocrine, Respiratory Systems

  • Lesson 6 - Practicing lridology

  • Lesson 7 - Immune, Circulatory & Lymph systems

  • Lesson 8 - Reproductive, Urinary Systems

  • Final Review & Exam



Nutrition For Healthy Living is a general nutrition basic course focusing on Proteins, Carbohydrates, and Lipids, the importance of Essential Fatty Acids, Digestion and Elimination, Detoxification (Healthy Approach), Sprouting (bring in sample to taste) and Meal Planning for a Healthy Living.

  • Lesson 1 - Carbohydrates & Proteins

  • Lesson 2 - Fats & Oils

  • Lesson 3 - Digestion & Elimination

  • Lesson 4 - Detoxification & Sprouting

  • Lesson 5 - Meal Planning for Healthy Living

  • Final Review & Exam

Chakras (Energy, Centres). Chakras are levels of consciousness that influence our perceptions of reality. Each charka also influence the health of the organs within its area. This course offers a comprehensive guide to energy healing medicine. Thought and emotion and their relationship to health and disease are discussed.

  • Lesson 1 - Root Chakra & Sacral Chakra - Hopelessness & Relationships

  • Lesson 2 - Solar Plexus & Heart Chakra - Self Esteem & Healing through the heart

  • Lesson 3 - Throat & Brow Chakra - Communication & Perception

  • Lesson 4 - Crown Chakra - Our purpose in life

  • Assignment #1 due

  • Final Review & Exam
